Privacy policy
Mr Ai Systems, LLC ("we", "us"), registered address 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA, is responsible for personal data collected through mr-ai.io. Contact: austin@mr-ai.io.
What we collect
- Enquiry and concept forms, and the website chat: your name, business name, website, email, phone or WhatsApp number, trade, capacity and what you tell us.
- Calls and bookings: details you give when booking a call through our booking provider.
- Clients: billing details needed to invoice you. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare your concept and provide our services (taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing the contract).
- To run and protect our business, keep records and follow up on enquiries in a reasonable way (legitimate interests).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal data. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business, under contract: website hosting and form handling (Netlify), booking (Calendly or similar), payments (Stripe), email and document tools (Google Workspace), and automation tools we use to deliver services (such as n8n). Some of these providers are in the United States. Where data moves outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK-US data bridge where it applies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records: for as long as needed for the contract and then for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Email austin@mr-ai.io. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
Our clients' customers
When we run websites, chat or lead systems for a client, the client decides how their customers' data is used and we process it on their behalf. Questions about that data should go to the business you contacted.
Changes
We will update this page if we change how we use personal data.
